Frequently Asked Question

Check for cables connections and ensure there is power on the socket outlet if so and still fail to turn on,

• What to do if is laptop: -

Remove battery and adapter from the laptop press and hold power button for 60sec then reconnect the adapter and turn it on it should get on after get it on return battery to laptop…. else call the echnician for help

• What if is desktop: -

Pull the power cable from the outlet to let the pc get off (this called soft reset but not to be done frequently is not recommended but do it if it is necessary)

After if it gets off press power button and hold for 60sec and release it reconnect power cable then turn it on again
